This massage is focused on centering total relaxation. It improves circulation, relieves muscle tension and improves range of motion. This is done by using the movement of slow elongated strokes with light to medium pressure. Swedish massage is the perfect choice for clients under stress or a good choice for a client's first time massage.

Deep Tissue Massage

This massage is for those who prefer a stronger massage. This massage focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue and is good for tired overworked muscles. It helps loosen muscle tissue by using deep finger, elbow or knuckle pressure. It improves circulation and breaks up toxins.

Hot Stone Massage

This heavenly massage begins with placing the stones strategically onto the body.

Your body will slowly unwind into a state of total relaxation as the stones become an extension of the therapist's hands creating a deeper penetration into the muscle tissue inducing ultimate relaxation.

Spa Wraps

Detoxify, exfoliate and nourish your body with an Herbal Tea Wrap or choose an indulging Mud Wrap. These wraps will leave your skin feeling unbelievably smooth and are followed with a relaxing scalp massage.

All spa wraps last approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
